You Got Served

Did you get 'served?'   The Cache Valley Volunteer Center offers an up-to-date list of volunteer opportunities for individuals, groups,  families, teens and kids.  Check out our listings to find out how you can pay it forward.

The Utah Commission on Service & Volunteerism has created a new program to help encourage service in Utah's communities. The idea is simple -- serve your community (a friend, a neighbor, an organization…), then offer the challenge to someone else.

In celebration of the 20th Anniversary of UServeUtah, the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism and recognizing that community engagement improves the quality of  life of citizens and contributes significantly to our state's economic growth and prosperity, Governor Gary Herbert has declared 2014 a year of service in Utah.

Utah and Cache Valley need your skills and experience to keep our community strong, so how will YOU serve? Start by visiting our website to find an opportunity near you. Another way to make an impact is to encourage those around you to volunteer. Chec out the state's "You Got Served! Pay it Forward!" campaign. It's a fun way to get your friends and family excited about volunteering too!

However, you choose to serve in our community we hope you will join the 20th Anniversary celebration by taking the Governor's challenge personally and making 2014 a year of service!
