Library Birthday

Saturday, April 18, 10:00 AM. April 18 is the library's 99th birthday! Help the library "kick-off" our 100th anniversary in 2016 with activities all year long. The first event will be in the Children's area of the library. There will be a short ceremony with local and state dignitaries, light refreshments and the debut of the Library's Centennial song, composed by local musician Robert Linton.
Have you seen the cool READ posters in the library? Ever wanted one with you in it? Now you can! We'll be having a READ poster photo booth at the Community Fair from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Come in to get your picture taken and have a READ poster made! Centennial READ posters will be sent to you in a digital format and are only $5.00!
