MAN vs MUD Run

If you haven't already heard of MANvsMUD - you've missed out on one of the most unique 5K races around.  The explanation from their website is just about exactly what the name suggests - 

"MANvsMUD is filled with awesome obstacles that will have you crawling, jumping, diving and sliding all over the place as you stomp the mud in this amazingly fun obstacle course."

Participants are encouraged to gather their friends and sign up for the chance to splash and stomp and slide through the mud just like a kid again in the most fun 5K around.  (And just a note - kids are welcome too! A special obstacle course is set up just for the 3-9 crowd where they can race and roll and get just about as muddy as can be and for as long as they want.)  

Even better, you can crawl, slide, run and muddle through the mud all while helping out your community -- proceeds from the race will help to support both the American West Heritage Center and the Cache Valley Child and Family Support Center.
